CK Asset Appoints Two New Executive Committee Members

(January 12, 2024) CK Asset Holdings Limited (CK Asset or the Company) today announced the appointment of Mr CHIU Yue Seng (Mr Chiu) and Mrs Wendy TONG BARNES (Mrs Tong Barnes) to be Members of the Company’s Executive Committee with effect from January 1, 2024.

Mr Chiu and Mrs Tong Barnes are also Members of the Executive Committee of CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited.

Mr Chiu is the Head of Special Projects of CK Asset. He joined the CK Group in January 2017. Mr Chiu is also the Head of Corporate Finance of CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited. He has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and finance. Mr Chiu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Mrs Tong Barnes is the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of CK Asset. She joined the CK Group in March 1999. Mrs Tong Barnes is also the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited and CK Life Sciences Int’l., (Holdings) Inc. as well as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Hui Xian Asset Management Limited. Mrs Tong Barnes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
